Chief Executive Officer
Capt Dato’ Shareef bin Datuk Mustaffa RMAF (Rtd) is the Chief Executive Officer of Nextradex, responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and overseeing its overall operations. He brings extensive leadership experience from both the public and private sectors, with a strong foundation in defence, logistics, and regulatory governance. A former Captain of the Royal Malaysian Air Force, Capt Dato’ Shareef held key command and logistics roles, where he was responsible for operational planning, compliance, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. He later transitioned into the corporate sector, serving in senior executive roles for nearly two decades, leading organizational growth, governance, and stakeholder alignment. At Nextradex, his leadership emphasizes disciplined execution, regulatory adherence, and the development of trusted partnerships with government and industry stakeholders, supporting the company’s long-term sustainability and strategic objectives.

Chief Legal & Strategic Affairs Officer
Dato’ Nadia Marni Mat Zin is a multifaceted Malaysian professional known for her roles as a lawyer, businesswoman, and socialite. She has garnered recognition for her involvement in high-profile legal cases, notably assisting Malaysia Airlines in resolving a significant dispute with Air Maldives.

During her career as a lawyer, she has also represented other high-profile clients and has handled numerous high-profile cases locally and internationally which has also brought her to many parts of the world.

She graduated in Bachelor of Legal Studies (Hons) and L.L.B. (Hons) from UiTM Shah Alam in the year of 2008 with Dean's List being awarded for most of the semesters.

She undergone her pupillage and started her early practice in the biggest firm in Malaysia at that time namely Zaid Ibrahim & Co. and then went on to one of the top litigation firms in Malaysia, Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill.

Currently she holds a few positions in a few companies including IT, constructions and training services companies.

Beyond her legal career, Dato’ Nadia Marni has also ventured into the fashion industry, and founded a clothing line called "NADIAMARNI" and has dedicated more than 10 years to this field. Her passion for beauty and cosmetics led her to establish the IamDNM brand, which offers a range of makeup products that are formulated in Italy and are designed to provide high quality at an affordable price point.

Dato’ Nadia Marni is also recognized for her active social presence and commitment to personal well-being. She has been featured in various lifestyle publications, sharing insights into her travel experiences and personal interests.

Her diverse pursuits and accomplishments have established Dato’ Nadia Marni as an influential figure in Malaysia’s legal, fashion, and beauty industries.

Non- Executive Director
Shamsul Idzwan Bin Shamsudin brings over 15 years of expertise in industrial asset dismantling, decommissioning, and salvage operations across Malaysia and international markets. As an IRATA Level 2 Technician, he has extensive hands-on experience with power plants, refineries, offshore oil & gas platforms, and major infrastructure—providing deep technical knowledge in asset condition assessment, dismantling methodologies, and equipment recovery essential for the secondary asset market. His leadership experience as Team Leader/Project Leader demonstrates strong project management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination capabilities. His diverse client-facing background and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia enable effective relationship-building with government agencies, military contacts, and international buyers—critical for sourcing and distributing decommissioned and demilitarized assets. Holding multiple current certifications including IRATA, BOSIET, OGSP, and CIDB, Shamsul’s proven track record in complex industrial environments positions him as a valuable strategic addition to Nextradex (M) Sdn Bhd as Non-Executive Director.

Ms. Marsha Nazri serves as Nextrade’s Strategic Liaison Officer, engaging key government ministries and stakeholders across Malaysia while supporting the Chief Operating Officer ( COO) in executing the company’s strategic and operational objectives. She assists the COO in aligning cross-functional teams, facilitating stakeholder communications, and translating strategic priorities into actionable outcomes. Her work includes managing decommissioned and surplus asset acquisitions, navigating regulatory requirements, and overseeing logistics partnerships. By connecting public sector engagement with internal operations, Ms. Nazri strengthens Nextrade’s governance, effectiveness, and reputation as a trusted partner in asset procurement and management.
